Iron Magnetic Chamfering Strip
The Iron Magnetic Chamfering Strip features a magnetic right-angle edge and can be customized to meet the length requirements of the customer.
Description and Use
Magnetic chamfers are essential and widely used in the precast concrete industry. They are designed to quickly and cleanly form chamfers, bevels, drop forms, false joints, notches, and exposed corners on concrete wall panels and formworks.
Benefits
These chamfers are ideal for securing steel formwork surfaces and steel tables, preventing concrete overflow from gaps between the casting table and side formwork. They eliminate the need for screwing or welding, ultimately improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs in precast concrete operations.
MAGNETIC CHAMFER SERIES (Magnetischer Fasenstreifen)
The rubber magnetic chamfer strips used to generate chamfering in the process of precast concrete. If chamfer is needed
in the use of non-chamfering fomwork, the chamfer magnetic stip can be used flexiby. The rubber magnetic chamfer strip
is lighter than the iron chamfer strip, the two right angles are magnetic, but also has a certain bending productions simpler,
the delivery time is shorter.

15×15mm;50m/box
20×20mm;50m/box
Functionality:
Rubber magnetic chamfer strips are lighter than iron chamfer strips. Both right-angle edges are magnetic and have a certain degree of bendability. The production and manufacturing are relatively simple and the delivery time is short.
Applications:
Magnetic trapezoidal strips are used to generate drip grooves during the precast concrete process.
Advantages:
Due to the magnetic fixing effect, the trapezoidal strips can be placed at any position in the mold to produce a variety of precast drip grooves or component decorative patterns.

Magnetic bevel strips are an important part of the precast concrete system. They are installed at the interface between the vertical mold wall and the mold base, and form chamfers at the corners of the concrete product, avoiding the normal 90-degree sharp angle. The main purpose of the design is to effectively protect the shape. During normal precasting, when the concrete slowly fills the mold (after the mold height is parallel), some concrete overflows from the mold, and the overflowing concrete flows to the corner of the mold. This is usually impossible to eliminate because it affects the service life of the mold.
This magnetic bevel solves this problem very well. Before precasting, we use this magnetic chamfer installed in the corner of the mold and then pour concrete. The concrete flows to the magnetic bevel. After the entire casting process is over, we can remove the bevel from the mold.
Therefore, magnetic bevel strips are very important for the precast concrete industry.
